The Proposal of a Legal Form of Business Organization in Terms of Tax Burden

This bachelor thesis deals with different forms of business. The aim of the thesis is to choose a proper form of business for a specific enterpreneur. Some of the most important criteria are taken into account when choosing this proper type of an enterprise. Unique attention is put on the criterion of the tax burden. This choice is made according to some analyses of individual forms of business.
Social relationships and people with mild intellectual disabilities

1 Abstract The diploma thesis clarifies the specifics of establishing social relationships ofpeople with mild intellectual disabilities. The aim of the work is to understand the specifics of establishing social relationships for people with mild intellectual disabilities, to understand in depth how people with mild intellectual disabilities perceive the possibilities of gaining and maintaining social ties. The first part summarizes the findings from the study of available literature related to this topic. In the second part, using a qualitative research survey, which used the method of interviewing respondents with mild intellectual disabilities who live in sheltered housing, seeks answers to the questions that were asked at the beginning of the research survey. An e-mail interview with two sexual confidants working in the organization was used to supplement the information obtained from the respondents. Qualitative research was chosen due to the nature of the target group. The results of the work are based on analysis of the mentioned interviews with respondents and they are supplemented by information from the sexual confidants. Romantic movies and the women's vision of partnership

The diploma thesis Romantic Movies and the Women's Vision of Partnership describes and discusses a study of two generations of women - mothers and their daughters - who watch this genre. Feminist film criticism theory, of which Laura Mulvey is considered to be the main representative, was selected as the foundation for this research. The aim of the research is to determine how the reception of romantic comedies helps to shape conceptions regarding intimate relationships for mothers and for their daughters. The qualitative method has been chosen as a relevant method for providing answers to the questions posed; meanwhile data is collected using semi-structured interviews. The subsequent analysis will primarily be based upon grounded theory, which shows itself to be the most appropriate method for producing the conclusion for this study.
Partnerships and capital companies - accounting and taxation connections

The aim of this diploma thesis is to consider whether capital companies are more advantageous than partnerships from perspective of taxation of companion's income. Only companies in the Czech legal environment are included. The initial hypothesis is that limited liability company and joint-stock company are the best option, because according to statistical data these are the most frequently present legal forms of business in the Czech Republic. The comparison is carried out in general model of taxation of selected type of income. The parts of this thesis are also attachments which complement analyses by some summaries and calculations.
